This 1970s office building has undergone a thorough renovation. On its front façade, its concrete structure has been stripped down so that it can be given a new skin of stone, a black granite finish over a light grey sandstone facing and full-height windows giving the premises greater light intensity. The cores of its eight floors have been thoroughly renovated in a sophisticated and streamlined style. The ground-floor façade has also been completely redesigned across its entire width, and a unified strip of metal inserts has created a real base for the building. The new efficient technical plant offers greater comfort for the occupants.
