Located near boulevard du Roi Albert II and avenue de l'Héliport, the site is a transitional area between the 'Manhattan' district and the northern districts of Brussels. The strong horizontality of this red-brick development creates a spectacular contrast with the skyscrapers nearby. The architectural aim was based on the resources of the site, creating a harmonious linear series of double-view through apartments looking out onto the park and widely helping to repopulate the area. The 106 apartments are divided into three buildings each offering 29, 46 or 31 apartments. Two basement floors house the technical plant, the cellars, and the 146 parking spaces.
