This subdivision project is located on the Engeland plateau, close to Calevoet railway station and the Lycée Français. It involves the construction of 298 homes, including 236 apartments and 62 houses, to be built over a period of nine years.
The entire development covers a total area of 9 hectares, 6 of which will be preserved as a protected green space, in order to respect biodiversity and provide future residents with a pleasant and harmonious living environment. This choice of preservation is part of the goal to balance urban development with environmental respect. The project’s location, close to public transport and schools, will enhance the attractiveness of the neighborhood and meet the growing demand for housing in the area.
