Sustainable neighborhood project in the Luxembourg countryside developed by A2RC Architects in association with Rodolphe Meertens Architects. The first phase is a set of 7500 m² of housing distributed in 4 apartment buildings (44 units) and 10 single-family houses designed in CLT type wood. The volumes are simple, timeless and dressed in facades combining brick and solid wood to create a soft and warm ensemble.
