Located opposite Uccle Calevoet railway station, instead of an abandoned industrial brownfield site which was decontaminated and re-used, Les Hauts Prés d'Uccle is a mixed housing, retail, cultural centre and office project near the Keyenbempt protected green open space. The project is characterised by a concern for integration into the surrounding urban fabric (respecting the levels, typologies and the neighbouring building’s outlines) and opening up views over the wooded zone nearby. The project consists of apartments with above-average finishing, on three or four floors, all with terraces and / or gardens with ideal exposure. The buildings are part of a development of new roads, squares and green spaces designed to create a pleasant new neighbourhood on a local scale. The land is subdivided into different plots over which the 10 apartment buildings comprising 15 to 43 apartments are built in a layout that opens on to the site. Some buildings home commercial surfaces on the ground floor. Offices, a cultural centre and a supermarket add to the life of the new neighbourhood.

This subdivision project is located close to Calevoet railway station and the Lycée Français, on the site of the Engeland plateau. It includes 298 homes, comprising 236 apartments and 62 houses, to be built over nine years. All of this will cover 9 hectares, of which 6 hectares will be kept as a protected green area.
