It is the stated aim of the Brussels Region government to bring a human side back to the European district of the city. This means, for example, making a break with the “office ghetto” image of the past, by re-introducing residential accommodation, shops, services… But on top of this, many companies do not want to be located in an anonymous concrete tower, they want a human-size building, a building they can call their own, a building in which they can install their own specific company culture. M25 is just such a building. Just 3,100 square meters, an ideal surface area for a medium-sized company or association, NGO, embassy… to be able to call its own. If BREEAM pays attention to the comfort of occupants as well as to the performance of the building, this shows just how important the “living” element of a working environment is. The Rue Montoyer is recognized as being one of the calmest streets in the European district, with all the traffic entering and leaving Brussels by the adjacent Rue de la Loi and Rue Belliard. All around, for the benefit of your personnel, are the facilities which make daily life comfortable. Cafés, restaurants, a supermarket, post office, hotels, fitness club, Belgium’s most popular bookshop, green areas and two vast parks…
