The project involves the construction of four apartment buildings in Hove. It is located at the edge of Frythout Park between the local authority areas of Hove, Boechout and Mortsel. This neighbouring park is included in the Regional Land Use Plan so as to preserve an open, unbuilt landscape. The four buildings contain 65 apartment units and the total area is 9 900 m².  The space between the four buildings has been developed as a park with trees, bushes and a pond. The apartments have one, two, three or four bedrooms, with a very mixed distribution. The parking spaces are located underground as well as a bicycle storage room and the cellars of the apartments.
