The De Brouckère project, located in the heart of Brussels, aims to revitalize a tertiary block into a multifunctional space that brings diversity to the city. Bordering the Place de Brouckère, it connects the Place de la Bourse to this pedestrian area. The fully built block will incorporate gardens, creating a true green lung. It will primarily be occupied by apartments, student housing, shops, and offices. This project will bring renewal by reintroducing various functions within the neighborhood.
