In collaboration with JNC International, we aim to create an eco-neighborhood in Brussels with 1,300 apartments, public spaces, and facilities to offer a high quality of life.
In Brussels-Capital, in collaboration with JNC International (landscape architects), we aim to create an eco-neighborhood comprising 1,300 apartments, shops, and various facilities, including a school and a retirement home. The master plan has been designed to structure the buildings around a rich variety of public spaces, including tree-lined paths, parks, peaceful pedestrian routes along a canal, as well as trails dedicated to cyclists and walkers. Play areas are specifically designed for children and young people. The central objective of this project is to offer a high quality of life, which is at the heart of our approach.
