The redevelopment project of the former Zaventem Airport terminal creates a modern space for Deloitte's headquarters, featuring offices, an underground parking facility, and a central atrium.
The project for the redevelopment and extension of the former terminal at Zaventem Airport involves the creation of 32,000 m² of office space for Deloitte’s new headquarters, as well as an underground parking facility. A central atrium serves as the heart of the building, facilitating movement while ensuring excellent acoustic insulation. This building, named GATEWAY, has been designed to combine transparency and security, providing clients and partners with a modern and reassuring environment. The large atrium, bright and spacious, houses various meeting areas, a company restaurant, and offices, seamlessly blending flexibility and security.
