The project aims to transform the building located between Belliard, Montoyer, and Marie de Bourgogne streets into a multifunctional space. The transformation will include the creation of a coworking/meeting center at the corner of the streets. The plan also includes various improvements, such as the addition of an elliptical gallery and a garden, as well as the integration of ecological solutions like geothermal energy and photovoltaic panels.
A key part of the transformation involves increasing the building’s total area by approximately 1,175 m². This will be achieved through the addition of a floor, as well as the demolition and reconstruction of floors +9 and +10. Additionally, the development of the infill between wings L1 and L4/L5 will contribute to this expansion.
These changes are designed to enhance the building's accessibility, promote biodiversity, and activate the spaces within. The project aims to create a more sustainable and user-friendly environment while ensuring the building remains a dynamic and adaptable space.
