MAMER - NEIGHBOURHOOD

A sustainable neighborhood project comes to life on the outskirts of the town of Mamer, sheltered by a remarkable tree, where the new Liewen neighborhood is taking shape across a three-hectare site. The first phase of this development consists of housing distributed across four apartment buildings (29 units) and seven single-family houses, all constructed with CLT wood. The volumes, simple and timeless in design, are clad in facades that subtly combine brick and solid wood, creating a harmonious and warm composition, both soft and inviting.
