The sustainable neighborhood project, located in the Luxembourg countryside, is developed by A2RC Architects in collaboration with Rodolphe Meertens Architects. The first phase includes 7,500 m² of housing, featuring four apartment buildings and ten single-family homes, designed with CLT wood for sustainability and comfort.

The first phase of the project includes a total of 7,500 m² of housing, distributed across four apartment buildings and 10 single-family homes. These buildings contain a total of 44 residential units. They are designed with a CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) structure, an eco-friendly material that promotes sustainability and reduces the carbon footprint. The building volumes are simple and timeless, with clean lines and modern architecture that integrate harmoniously into the surrounding natural landscape. The facades of the buildings combine brick and solid wood, creating a balance between tradition and innovation, and adding a warm and welcoming touch to the ensemble. This project aims to provide an environmentally respectful living environment while ensuring comfortable and functional housing that meets modern needs.
