NOS SERVICES

The Beaulieu project transforms an existing site by enhancing its built and landscape heritage. The intervention focuses on reusing structures, façades, and vegetation to anchor the project within its context.
A collective garden runs through the site, connecting the upper areas to the valley. Semi-public, open, and permeable spaces encourage mixed uses. Soft mobility routes are redesigned for better urban integration.
The conversion of existing buildings follows a balanced approach: targeted interventions, rooftop extensions, and new openings enhance spatial quality and adaptability. The base of the site becomes an active interface, hosting services and community amenities.
An ecological strategy guides the project: permeable soils, rainwater management, bio-based materials, and integrated biodiversity reduce environmental impact.
