The renovation of the lobby and elevator lobbies aims to modernize the building's image, enhancing both its aesthetic appeal and functionality.
​The complete renovation of the lobby and its façade, as well as the elevator lobbies from the 1st to the 7th floor, aims to redefine the building's image by blending modernity and functionality. Through a careful update of materials, optimized lighting, and the creation of a welcoming environment, the project seeks to reinterpret the common spaces with a contemporary aesthetic approach. The new finishes and architectural interventions will revitalize the space, offering an enhanced visual and sensory experience, while strengthening the identity and quality of the environment.
