The project consists of three apartment buildings (96 dwellings), a nursery, all connected to an underground car park. It offers unobstructed city views through a stepped design, a communal garden, and a variety of apartment typologies.
The project comprises three distinct buildings housing 96 dwellings, and a nursery all connected to an underground car park. The design allows views from both Rue de la Célidée and Rue Schols towards the inner courtyard, which is designed as a communal garden and recreational space for future residents. The stepped building heights provide unobstructed city views for the residents on the 4th floor and above. The tallest building, located at the corner of the site, has a slender profile that fits harmoniously into the urban landscape. This typology not only ensures excellent natural light exposure but also optimizes the use of space and maintains privacy despite the density of surrounding buildings. The overall layout encourages interaction with the outdoors while providing residents with a serene and well-lit living environment.
A variety of apartment typologies are offered, ensuring that each resident enjoys unobstructed city views despite the proximity of neighboring buildings. The majority of the apartments feature either a terrace or a balcony, allowing residents to fully enjoy the outdoor space. The project is characterized by the use of natural, durable materials: the ground floor is clad in natural stone, while the upper floors are finished in brick and plaster. Window frames and balustrades are made of powder-coated aluminum, adding a sleek and modern touch to the overall design. The interior facades, facing the well-oriented garden, are finished in plaster to maximize natural light and create a bright, welcoming atmosphere inside. This thoughtful combination of materials and design elements enhances both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the project.
