STATUS

In progress

The project involved the extensive renovation of the 5 existing buildings, which are solely dedicated to administrative spaces and underground parking spread over 5 levels located beneath and between the existing buildings.
Above ground, the esplanade located on the slab was primarily dedicated to access to the buildings and car parking. The project has transformed this space for pedestrians with a landscaping concept integrating vegetation in the surroundings. Pedestrians now have priority in this area.

The complete redesign of the layout, with more diverse and accessible green spaces, transforms the site into a welcoming campus, adding areas for social interaction.
New functions now complement the administrative spaces: dining, sports, socializing, services, and leisure.
The access points have been reimagined with lively entrance halls, redesigned as "Coffee corner" spaces, concierge services, reading areas, "Game room," "Comet Café," "Brainstorming room," and "Breakout room," all dedicated to the occupants, encouraging interactions among employees from the various companies on the site.

A fitness area in the basement completes the offering, promoting physical activity within the work environment, while the daycare facility helps young parents manage their time.
These works are complemented by bringing the existing buildings into compliance, particularly improving fire safety and evacuation measures, as well as enhancing energy performance and user comfort.
On the façades, the architectural concrete has been restored and cleaned. The window frames have been replaced, and insulation has been applied internally. A new active false ceiling system has been installed to enhance user comfort and free up space around the perimeter of the office floors, thus increasing the leasable areas.

The works were carried out in an occupied site. Effective management of the schedules was key to ensuring the temporary relocation of the different tenants while maintaining a functional and secure site throughout the entire duration of the works.
