The project involves converting an office building into a 16-unit apartment complex with a preserved commercial ground floor, while maintaining the building's structure and adding a new stairwell and lift shaft, along with flat green roofs.

The project involves the conversion and renovation of an office building into a 16-unit apartment complex. It will include a commercial ground floor (which will be preserved) and nine floors of residential accommodation. All apartments, except for the studios, will have a through layout. The living rooms will face Avenue Louise, while the bedrooms will overlook Rue Lens, offering views of lower Ixelles and Place Flagey. The structure of the building will be preserved as much as possible, although the most significant demolition work will occur at the rear of the building, including the removal of the last two floors. A new stairwell and lift shaft will be built to optimally organize the residential units. Demolition work will be carried out without disrupting the commercial activity on the ground floor. The proposed roofs will be of the "flat roof" type, with green roofs planned for those exceeding 100 m² that are not accessible to the public. The courtyard above the parking area will also be treated as a flat roof.
